Our History

Beginnings

The company was started in 1985, Ilford, Essex, as a small boiler installation company, we have been gradually building up our knowledge and expertise in general boiler installation, servicing and repairs ever since.

Our Early Years, Ferroli and Alpha

In 1986 our senior engineers went to Verona, Italy, to attend training courses for the manufacturer Ferroli, which allowed the company to become approved service and repair agents for them, within the UK, a partnership which continues to this day.

We became known for our high-quality work with Ferroli and in 1986 we were approached by Alpha Heating Innovation, to become one of their official warranty, service and repair agents within the UK, another partnership we are proud to retain.

In 1987 we began to work for Halstead boilers as service and repair agents until this role ceased when Halstead was bought out in 2004.

Move To Sussex

In 2000, the company relocated to Eastbourne, East Sussex, and our partners at the time offered us the chance to cover the Sussex area.

Partners with Ariston

In 2001 we were contacted by Ariston, thanks to a contact we had, who had previously been working with another high profile manufacturer.

On the strength of our work with other manufacturers, Ariston generously offered us the opportunity to work with them, to provide a range of services to their own clients, which we happily accepted. Our senior engineers went to Osimo, Italy, to undertake some formal training in Ariston boiler technology with their then parent Company MTS.

For the next few years, we continued to work with our partners and provide high levels of service and commitment and continued to work towards keeping our skills updated and relevant, for which we must attend courses a minimum of every 5 years.

Moving Forward

In 2005 we began to service LPG appliances and took exams for this at Hastings College. This same year we also began to with Unvented Pressurised Cylinders, allowing us to provide servicing and repairs on these appliances, we had our training for the UPC with Ariston in High Wycombe.

New Partnerships

Thanks to one of our contacts from Ferroli, we were approached by Intergas in 2010, they offered us the opportunity to become agents for the Sussex area, which we were very happy to accept. This partnership, unfortunately, ended in 2016, as Intergas moved their servicing and repair agents to in-house staff.

In 2013, we were invited, by Vokera, to Colney, London, to take a course at their UK HQ, in the care and servicing of Vokera boilers, and we became approved warranty agents for the company. A partnership that unfortunately ended for us in late 2016, due to Vokera moving their warranty and servicing arm in-house.

Also in 2013, we contacted Sime, to see if they would be interested in Paul Simmons Heating becoming approved warranty agents for this area.

With recommendations from other agents that we have worked with, in the past and currently, they offered us the chance to become service agents for their products and to provide our services to their own customers. We visited their HQ in Worcester, to attend a day course on their products and this is another partnership we are proud to still be involved with.

More Recent Times

In 2016 we were contacted by ATAG after one of the Regional Technical Managers from Alpha Heating Innovation took up a position there who then promptly offered us the chance to become their warranty and service agents in the area.

We were also contacted by Navien after one of the RTMs from Ferroli moved to the company and were once again offered the chance to partner with another high calibre company.

We were of course very happy with such strong recommendations and are still working with both companies to bring our services to their own customers.

We continue to keep our skills and knowledge relevant and up to date and are continually striving to keep our customers and partners happy with all that we do.
